4. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically (via email or download link) immediately after payment is confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and software support the digital format provided.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under EU law, consumers have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.

Exception: For digital content (ebooks, audiobooks) delivered immediately after purchase, you acknowledge and expressly agree that by accessing the product you lose your right of withdrawal.
